Cushman & Wakefield will soon have a new leader. Here are his thoughts on the local real estate market.


After more than 17 years, Doug Brandon has announced he will be stepping down from the top position at the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield at the end of this year. The Business Journal spoke with Brandon's successor, Dave Sansom, to discuss the state of the local real estate market, challenges the city is facing and pipeline projects that are keeping him excited.
