Cypress Real Estate Advisors adds more affordable units to RiverChase site through Holladay Ventures partnership

The Texas-based company announced an additional 20 affordable units — for a total of 145 — will be built on the RiverChase property, thanks to a partnership with Brentwood-based Holladay Ventures. Construction is expected to start this year.
