The new most expensive listing in the District is so large, the possibilities are virtually endless.

The Royal Swedish Government is asking $19.5 million for its former ambassador’s residence at 3900 Nebraska Ave. NW. The property, improved with a single, 12,000-square-foot mansion, sits on a staggering 6.7-acre lot just a few blocks north of American University.
