D.R. Horton buys site in northeast Charlotte it rezoned in 2020 for townhome project


D.R. Horton bought just over 21 acres off Mallard Creek Road earlier this month for nearly $3.1 million, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records. The homebuilder rezoned the site in 2020 for a townhome project.
