Dallas bank’s survey of business leaders finds optimism on economy slips


Roughly 45 percent of those polled by the bank are optimistic about the national economy in 2019, nearly halved from the 83 percent who were confident about last year’s outlook, a study from Texas Capital Bank found. Just one in three respondents were confident about the forecast for 2020.
