Dan Hilferty, Mary Pat Christie part of Norcross-Braca board slate at Republic First

The activist investor group led by George Norcross and Greg Braca have tapped the Comcast Spectacor chairman and CEO and former New Jersey first lady to join Braca as a three-person ticket opposing the embattled bank's own slate of candidates.
