New chefs named for The Catbird Seat


Nashville won’t have to wait long to meet the new chefs at The Catbird Seat, one of the city’s most well-regarded restaurants.

According to a news release, head chef Will Aghajanian and pastry chef Liz Johnson will take over the kitchen beginning in February.

The announcement comes less than a week after restaurant owner Strategic Hospitality revealed that current chef Ryan Poli will depart at the end of the year. Accordingly, the restaurant will be closed in January.
