Dan Snyder’s team to compete for 2026 World Cup games


Dan Snyder's football franchise, whether it's playing at FedEx Field in Prince George's County or a new stadium elsewhere, will vie to host games for the FIFA 2026 World Cup, according to Chief Operating Officer Brian Lafemina.

"We have talked about it and we plan on competing," he said in a press briefing with reporters at its facility in Ashburn.
