Davidson-based Treenail Development working with NASCAR driver on proposed mixed-use project in Huntersville

Treenail Development is seeking to rezone a roughly 70-acre site in Huntersville to facilitate a mixed-use project called Town 1. Treenail's Ben Geisler said during a public hearing that NASCAR driver Joey Logano is a partner on the project.
