Davis Development returns with a new apartment plan on 135th Street in Overland Park

An Atlanta developer will try again in Overland Park with a new five-building apartment plan at 135th Street and Pflumm Road. Davis Development wants to rezone the site, which has sat undeveloped since 1990.
