A Davis restaurant operator has bought a building in midtown Sacramento to bring the same concept to that neighborhood.
Nanda Krishore Immareddy, who operates Preethi Indian Cuisine in Davis, closed escrow within the last week on the 2,500-square-foot building at 1905/1907 Capitol Ave. for $1.2 million, according to a broker on the deal.
