Dayton Art Institute’s $7.4M economic impact on region in 2018


The Dayton Art Institute had a busy year ahead of its centennial. From the debut of new exhibitions to the hosting signature events, the museum had an estimated economic impact of more than $7.4 million on the Dayton metropolitan area in 2018.

This amount, among other statistics and insights, was revealed in the museum's 2018 community report.
