DBM Ventures to build $9 million office building in Scottsdale


Phoenix-based DBM Ventures purchased 2.79 acres in the Perimeter Center in Scottsdale with plans to develop an office building in the next year.

The development cost on the spec building, including the price of the land, will be $9 million, said Robin Vitols, a spokeswoman for Colliers International.

DBM Ventures is a partnership between David Sellers, Bret Anderson and Mike Anderson. The partners plan to develop a two-story, 32,054-square-foot office building near 85th Street and Princess Drive.…
