Deal to acquire optical retailer marks VSP’s largest network investment to date


VSP Global, the Rancho Cordova-based vision care company, is buying San Antonio-based Visionworks, one of the nation’s largest retail optical chains.

Terms of the definitive agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close after regulatory approvals are granted.
