Megatel Homes plans to expand Wade Settlement, a townhome development in Frisco.
The homebuilder has acquired 100 finished lots from competitor Siena Homes and plans to build three- and four-bedroom townhomes on the site, in addition to the 200 lots it already has under contract in the community.
