Owners of Melrose Coffee & Wine plan two more Triad locations, plus downtown W-S restaurant

Melrose Coffee & Wine will expand outside Winston-Salem with two new Triad locations, and the owners are also opening a Sushi Rose, a restaurant with Japanese-Peruvian fare.
