Developer Harwood International this week topped out the latest addition to the Harwood District in Uptown Dallas.
Harwood No. 10, at 2850 N. Harwood St., is set to open this winter. The 22-story tower, designed by Dallas-based HDF, includes 220,548 square feet of office space and 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Its top floor has 10,411 square feet of office penthouse space and two private green roof gardens.
