Deals of the week: Prime downtown Phoenix land changes hands


Pecos Gateway Business park, a 125,896-square-foot industrial property in Mesa, sold to California investors for $14.6 million.

Pacifica Real Estate Group, based in Santa Barbara, purchased the property from Mesa-based Boomerang Capital Partners.

Bob Buckley, Tracy Cartledge and Steve Lindley of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.

The three-building, multitenant industrial property is 100-percent leased. The complex was built in 2008 and is on 10.56 acres.
