Denver health care training company acquired by Nashville firm for $18M


Nashville-based HealthStream is buying a Colorado health care training company.

According to a news release on Thursday, Denver-based Providigm provides quality and performance improvement training primarily for skilled-nursing facilities through a software program known as "abaqis."
