Depe Dene resort on Lake George acquired by Jess Ferguson and Chris Menter

The husband-and-wife team purchased the 39-acre seasonal resort on Thursday from the estate of Lake George businessman Ken Ermiger, who died in October 2021 after operating the Depe Dene for 45 years.
