A Fort Collins-based developer has teamed up with a Golden-based mountain bike company to build an outdoor campus in Golden.
Yeti Cycles and The Neenan Company have proposed developing 25 acres of land in Golden, just west of Highway 93.
Nine of those acres would be for Yeti Cycles' new headquarters. The remaining 16 acres would be developed and sold by The Neenan Co.
The vision is to have a collaborative outdoor lifestyle campus, with other similar companies joining Yeti Cycles.
