The high-end home market in Germantown has had a strong May — highlighted by the city taking three of the top five spots in this week's home sales roundup.

The most expensive house that sold during the week is located on Hollybrook Lane in Germantown's 38138 ZIP. Built in 2014, the home holds five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms in 5,900 square feet and sold for $1.25 million.
