Developer buys Jewish Federation building at 2100 Arch for $12M, plans residential conversion

The building at 2100 Arch St. had been used by Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and various other organizations, including the Jewish Exponent newspaper and the Philadelphia Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.
