Eden Prairie-based Integrate Properties is proposing hundreds of new homes in Lino Lakes.
The project could create between 557 and 707 single-family homes, townhomes and multifamily rental units, according to a required environmental assessment worksheet recently submitted to the city.
The site, located along Sunset Avenue and Main Street, spans 158 acres of farmland. It is currently occupied by sod supplier Robinson Sod and a residential home. The home would remain on the site.
