Developer kicks off work on futuristic $76M Crossroads apartment project [PHOTOS]


A block of the Crossroads Arts District is about to get a major facelift that will bring it into the future.

"We're thinking completely about the future," Jonathan Holtzman, CEO of City Club Apartments LLC, said Wednesday during a ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony for its $76 million project in Kansas City. "How does a 22-year-old want to live, how does a 30-year-old want to live, how does a 40-year-old want to live, how does a 67-year-old want to live?"
