Developer plots 100-acre manufactured housing project on South Side


A real estate development firm is building a 95-acre development that includes hundreds of manufactured housing pads and a slew of amenities on the South Side. Manufactured housing communities have exploded in popularity in San Antonio, offering potential residents access to a home at prices that have been phased out of traditional homes in the Alamo City.
