Developer seeks Baltimore County approval to turn Lutherville Station into apartments, offices


A Lutherville community group has sent a letter to County Executive John Olszewski Jr. outlining its "strong opposition" to the 13-acre project that would replace an aged retail and office complex built in 1972.
