Developer’s back-up plan for controversial Huntersville project would allow for lagoon without a rezoning


Bi-Part Development’s Jake Palillo is rethinking plans for Waterside — formerly known as Lagoona Bay. Those changes would scrap the need for rezoning and allow the lagoon to move forward.
