Developers OK’d for 242-acre neighborhood northwest of Austin after compromise


A pared-down plan for a controversial lakeside subdivision northwest of Austin has been cleared by Lago Vista City Council 14 months after it first came before the city. Developers have made a handful of compromises with residents and the city over the last few months to get the project to this point.
