Developers pay $2.3M for Pewaukee site, plan 141-unit luxury senior living facility

Wauwatosa's Matter Development and Milwaukee's ICAP Development are teaming up for the first time to build a 141-unit luxury senior living community in Pewaukee, according to a Thursday announcement. It will be called The Westerly.
