DFW home sellers, buyers need to adjust expectations as housing market shifts


The Dallas-Fort Worth housing market has rapidly morphed from multiple offers, many of them solidly above asking price and within a couple of day or even hours of a home being listed, to price reductions and longer periods on the market. It’s in times like these that buyers’ and especially sellers’ expectations need to be managed the most, residential real estate veteran Chris Heller told a room full of top-tier DFW agents at an industry event in Dallas.
