Dighton police chief, former Alexion VP charged with insider trading by SEC, federal prosecutors


A former vice president at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and a police chief in Dighton were charged by federal prosecutors for allegedly facilitating insider trading while his company was in the midst of a $1.4 billion acquisition deal.
