Dream Homes: Historic Ramsey Hill home on the market for $1.55 million


A historic Ramsey Hill home designed by famous architects is on the market for $1.55 million.

The house, at 5 Heather Place in St. Paul, was designed by a company called Reed and Stem, an architectural and engineering firm formed in St. Paul by two men named Charles Reed and Allen Stem. Reed and Stem would go on to design the Grand Central Terminal station in New York City as well as many of the depots for railroad company Northern Pacific Railway Co.
