Dripping Springs to let building moratorium expire on Sept. 18


The Dripping Springs City Council on Sept. 13 voted to put an end to the remaining pieces of the temporary moratorium, which was enacted in Nov. 2021 and had been extended in May as it related to the wastewater provision. The city lifted its moratorium related to land use in May as it was no longer statutorily allowed.
