Dublin developer’s plan for 240 apartments squeaks by in Delaware


A divided Delaware City Council has given a Dublin developer the green light to begin building 240 apartments.

After pushback from the city on density and height issues, council members voted 4-3 in favor of allowing Dublin-based Metro Development LLC to build Seattle House Apartments on 24.2 acres along Rts. 36/37.

Mayor Carolyn Riggle casted the deciding vote.
