Duluth gets plans for ‘skyline changer’ apartment building


A trio of development firms from Duluth, Wisconsin and Chicago are planning a 15-story apartment building and grocery store in downtown Duluth.

The Duluth News-Tribune reports on the $75 million project, which would replace the Voyageur Lakewalk Inn at 333 E. Superior St., a few blocks from Lake Superior and Essentia Health's rapidly expanding campus.
