A gay bar and nightclub in Minneapolis' Downtown East neighborhood recently traded hands – and the new owner plans to continue operating it as is.
Screaming Triangle LLC, owner of eagleBOLTbar, sold the properties at 513-519 S. Washington Ave. to Shamp & Associates, LLC for $1.8 million last week, according to public filings with the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
