Work begins on Phase II of Innovation Quarter in Winston-Salem a year late but with 1M extra SF


Work was originally scheduled to begin in 2022, but Innovation Quarter's second phase was delayed due to Covid-19, labor and inflation. During the delay, Wake Forest University found a way to add 1 million more square feet of space to Phase II. See what they plan to do with it.
