EDGE awards LPI, Grubb incentives for $68M phase 2 of Broad Ave. mixed-use development


Residents have begun to move into Phase I of the Link Apartments on Broad Avenue. Now the developers are pushing forward with a $68 million Phase II, which proposes a separate site with 200 apartment units, street-facing commercial, and self-storage units.
