Elisia Flores takes the helm at L&L


Popular plate lunch restaurant franchise L&L Hawaii has named Elisia Flores as its new CEO and vice-chair.

Elisia, whose father Eddie Flores Jr. founded L&L in 1976, joined the company as chief financial officer in 2014.

Elisia takes over the role previously occupied by her father, and while Eddie continues to serve as co-chair — “anyone who knows him knows that he will never retire,” Elisia said — he is stepping away from day-to-day operations.
