Elite Sports Clubs is planning to build four paddle tennis courts and a warming hut at its River Glen location on Good Hope Road in Glendale.
The Glendale Plan Commission already approved a site plan and architectural amenities for the new paddle court facility on Aug. 3, according to an Aug. 8 city of Glendale Common Council meeting agenda.
