Emerson strikes deal to sell majority of Climate Technologies unit that includes Cudahy’s Vilter

Emerson said Monday it has inked an agreement to sell a majority stake in its $5 billion Climate Technologies business in a deal that includes Vilter Manufacturing LLC in Cudahy.
