Two-Fifty office tower rebounds to 80% occupancy, seals lease with federal agency


A lease with the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management brings the 20-story Two-Fifty office building in downtown Milwaukee to about 80% occupancy, a solid recovery from the 35% it was at in 2017.
