Employees want incentives to get healthy


The new year brings a renewed emphasis on wellness, and employees want their companies to reward them for embracing healthier habits.

An Office Team survey about companies’ health and wellness offerings found that the program employees would like to see most is wellness incentives that reward healthy behavior. However, the poll showed that less than half of employers, 43 percent, offer such a program.
