Another Music Row property has new owners.
The four-story building at 1 Music Circle North and some nearby parking lots have sold for $13.15 million, according to the Nashville Post, which sites an anonymous source.
A deed for the sale has not yet been filed.
The buyer is Endeavor Real Estate Group, the Austin-based developer behind the three-phase Gulch Union project.
