Evans Bank plans to move HQ from Hamburg to Amherst


Evans Bank N.A. plans to consolidate its administrative and back-office operations into a single location in Amherst.

The lender, which is legally based in Angola, wants move its headquarters, IT and insurance operations to a former medical complex at 6460 Main St. The two-story, 49,491-square-foot building would accommodate 175 of Evans' 325 employees.
