Executive Inc: Clarence McAllister gives back to the next generation of entrepreneurs

McAllister, the owner of Fortis Networks in Phoenix, came to the United States from Panama with a full-ride scholarship to college. He hasn't forgotten his roots, and is looking to inspire other minority entrepreneurs.
