The Eagle Creek retail plaza, being developed by the Altamonte Springs-based Emerson International Inc., has revealed one of its tenants.
Don Julio Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar will lease a 5,000-square-foot building in the second phase of the overall 200,000-square-foot plaza.
