Farewell Finn: Chase says goodbye to St. Louis-tested app aimed at younger customers


JP Morgan Chase & Co. is killing off its Finn banking app, which was aimed at younger customers.

New York-based JP Morgan Chase (NYSE: JPM), is saying goodbye to the app, which was aimed at millennials, as well as at customers in cities where Chase didn't have a physical presence.

"Farewell Finn. Finn is going away," Chase said on its website, adding that on Aug. 10, Finn checking account customers will be transferred into Chase secure checking accounts.
