Farm-to-Fork Festival draws big crowds to Capitol Mall (PHOTOS)


The 2018 Farm-to-Fork Festival continued the get bigger, as it has every year since it started in 2013.

For the first time in the festival's six years, Visit Sacramento, which puts on the downtown celebration of food and agriculture, added a Friday night component to the daytime Saturday events and concerts.

“We had no idea what to expect. We didn’t know if anyone would come,” said Mike Sophia, director of the Sacramento Sports Commission, which is part Visit Sacramento.
